Wood is scheduled to throw his first bullpen session today. If Wood is able to throw without pain and has no setbacks he should be back on the mound by August. Getting Wood back on the mound would be a huge lift for the struggling bullpen. We all know how fragile Wood is so lets cross our fingers that it all goes well.

How did the June 26th bullpen session go for Kerry? Will he pitch this year…
I don’t know about june 26th, but he pitched in Rookie league game recently and he struckout the side. If everything goes according to plan (big if, with Kerry) he should be back with cubs sometime in August.
